Chef Bardia Ferdowski got his start washing dishes at the famous Café Du Monde, and then serving up sandwiches in some of the city’s finest po’ boy shops. He says “the recipe to our success is made with roux and tomatoes," so you'd better have a taste of our Jambalaya.
