About Baz Bagel and Restaurant Catering
On ezCater.com since February 3rd, 2016.
We specialize in hand-rolled bagels, smoked fish, homemade cream cheese, and diner classics. We practice traditional New York bagel techniques, no shortcuts. We let our small-batch dough rest overnight, then boil it in a kettle and bake on burlap boards for the best-tasting bagel in all of NYC.
