Once upon a time, Bojangles was just a dream. In 1977, it became a reality as we saw the opportunity to develop a quick-service restaurant based on three attributes: a distinctive flavor profile, wholesome ingredients, and food made from scratch. Our menu today is the same as it was then, featuring flavorful chicken seasoned with a house blend of seasonings, buttermilk biscuits, and all of our signature sides.
