Our hams are cured for up to 13 months, achieving an unforgettable flavor that simply can't be replicated. Unlike other hams, ours isn't overly salty — just rich, wholesome, and cured to perfection. If ham isn't your style, we also have sausage & beer cheese sliders, BLT wraps, and, of course, our famous St. Louis-style ribs.
