About Charcoal Cowboys BBQ Catering
On ezCater.com since June 22nd, 2018.
We entered our first BBQ contest in 2007 and that’s all it took; after that, we were hooked. After 3 television appearances on "BBQ Pitmasters", our brisket, pork, and ribs all received perfect scores, and we were invited back to compete in the Pitmaster's All-Star season. After accumulating our awards, we opened our BBQ restaurant so that each customer has an opportunity to be served the perfect bite.
