Our office did a buffet with tri-tip, chicken, ribs, coleslaw, beans, potato salad and mac-n-cheese. We have 110+ people, I ordered for 65 and we had more than enough with leftovers. Everything was really good - people loved the ribs and all of the sides.  really appreciate the set-up that included 4 bottles of BBQ sauce (from mild to XXX hot) , bread and butter, enough serving utensils, double wrapped pans so everything was hot, etc. Very very good; we will order from them again. The office favorite was the ribs and the only issue was that the beans while delicious, were soupy, and hard to serve to a large group. If you get the beans, plan on a cup or bowl to put them in. More of a note for next time than a criticism. Also, they have really good vegetarian sandwiches for the vegetarians in the group. Ours ate all of the sides and especially the mac-n-cheese which is cooked until the cheese is brown and bubbly.  Kinder's is awesome and a step up. Try it!
