The sandwiches came half wrapped because they are made with bread (not a roll) the wrapper helps keeping things neat and sanitary. Nice presentation. Even with the snow they came in time (actually a little early) . EZ Cater kept me informed the day before about delivery.

Overall, the chicken was good but I ordered incorrectly. I didn't know it was going to come in individual plates instead of big trays.

The quality of the food was very good. Unfortunately, had to knock off a star because (a) delivery couldn't tell me what items were gluten free; and (2) the delivery person did not have a cart/asked me to help bring items in (not a huge deal for us - we had a cart they could borrow, but may be issue for other groups receiving deliveries and without carts to offer) - they should come more prepared for large order delivery if paying service fee and tip. Other than that, excellent food.

Can we say mashed potatoes?  This was the first time ordering and boy was it a hit!!  Only missing sour cream and shredded cheese which will be ordered special next time.
