When Dadnitri Johnson moved from Caracas, Venezuela to Cincinnati, she missed the flavors of home. That’s when she and husband Pat decided to start a food truck that would bring the cuisine of her old home to her new one. Empanadas can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. Sweet or savory, they’re always a treat.
