Fatz was born in 1988 in an old converted peach shed in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Our roots are Southern. Our food is Southern. And so is our hospitality. Fatz is a Southern kitchen through and through, meaning our recipes are inspired by the South, we pay attention to flavor, and you’ll always leave the table happier than when you came in.
