Sophie, the owner and operator, fine tuned her cooking skills by taking several different professional cooking courses at various Culinary Schools. After growing up in Brooklyn amongst a variety of different styles of cooking, Sophie then moved to North Carolina where she fulfilled her dream of starting her own catering company.
