About Fontana Sushi Catering
On ezCater.com since June 23rd, 2014.
We are a local staple in the Denver food scene offering traditional & creative affordable sushi. Our chef is a Chinese immigrant who worked his way through the best of Tokyo’s sushi restaurants. After honing his skills to an art form, he left Tokyo and worked in New York for several years before finding a home here. We don't like seeing the word authentic thrown around, but this is as authentic as you'll get on this side of the world - you've never had sushi like this before.
