Foumami (“Foo-mah-mee”) is an inventive Asian sandwich bar serving breakfast & lunch - Asian-inspired sandwiches, salads, soups and beverages - to stay or to go. Family recipes and traditional flavors from China, Japan and Korea provide the foundation on which Foumami designs its signature dishes, most notably of which are its sandwiches served on hand-made freshly baked Shao Bing, a distinctive Chinese bread that's crisp and flaky on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside.
