We fired up our BBQ pits in 2004, and have been serving the best smoked meats in Lehigh Valley since. With a true love for Southern and Cajun foods, we cooked up a menu that expresses the flavors of New Orleans, Saint Louis, the Carolinas, and the Tex-Mex border. Don't let our name fool you.
