About Johnson's BBQ Shack Catering
On ezCater.com since January 4th, 2017.
Our story starts at home, when two brothers began smoking whole turkeys for their Thanksgiving dinner. The smoked bird was a hit and the seed for a business was planted. Over the years, we’ve experimented with many variations on dry rubs. We smoke our meats over a mix of local hickory wood and apple wood, using custom-built smokers for the best flavor.
