Lago Tacos

Everything you need to build your own tacos, including your choices of 2 meats or vegetables & tortillas, lettuce, Colby Jack cheese, pico de gallo, house hot sauce, salsa verde, and house-made salsa. Served with your choice of side and tortilla chips. Includes 3 tacos per person. Be sure to purchase chafing dishes if you'll need them (from the Miscellaneous category).

Chopped romaine with roasted corn, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, tortilla strips, queso fresco, and honey-lime vinaigrette.

Lettuce with tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, queso fresco, and house dressing.

If your lunch is more than 45 minutes long, a chafing dish keeps the food hot for an hour or more. Order one kit for roughly every 10 people being served.
