Back in 1946, our grandparents opened up New Orleans’ first all-Mexican restaurant. Today, we keep their tradition alive by serving that same tamale recipe from our mobile food cart. Our tamales are stuffed with savory fillings, wrapped in corn husks, and steamed to perfection. Bring a new flavor to your next meeting!
