About Mo'Rockin Fusion Catering
On ezCater.com since February 27th, 2017.
We are a local food truck that puts a spin on classic Moroccan cuisine, from lamb cooked Tanjia style from Marrakesh, to the beef Tajin from the Atlas mountains. We bring the taste of Morocco with a little twist, so that it can please even the pickiest eater. The sauces are what it gives the finishing touch and make everything taste even better.
