We are not your usual food truck & catering option. Our concept consists of mostly locally sourced ingredients, carefully handled and selected, then cooked slowly. Our flavors are reminiscent of the French Mediterranean, and tasty enough to be considered comfort food. When you start caring about what you put in every flatbread, signature sauce, and cut of meat, the results are amazing!
