About Outlaw Cafe and BBQ Catering

Our BBQ is extremely flavorful but not too spicy, smoked but not too smoky, and the sweet and savory is perfectly balanced. It’s old-fashioned, pit-smoked American BBQ. The meats are dry rubbed then smoked low and slow with hickory and cherrywood. The result is a flavorful, tender meat like you’ve never had before.
