About Pacifico Catering

Owner/chef Rafael Palomino is keenly aware of the flavors people love and crave. He draws both from his childhood in Bogotá, Colombia, his younger years in New York City, and his time in France with Michel Guèrard in Eugènie-les-Bains. Today our menu represents the culmination of his artistry and his business savvy.
