About Rice Paper Scissors Catering
On ezCater.com since April 28th, 2016.
We were founded in 2011 by Valerie Luu and Katie Kwan, two women who love good food, good times, and sitting on little red stools. Inspired by the sidewalk dining and street food they experienced in Vietnam, they wanted to recreate that experience here in San Francisco. Our food is a combination of regional Vietnamese and Californian sensibilities.
