Our namesake, 'ruchi' means taste, and that is exactly what we offer. We specialize in North & South Indian cuisine, using both domestic and imported ingredients (including Halal meats) to maintain both a local presence and authenticity. We place an emphasis on color, texture, spice, and flavor. You can select the level of spice for all of our dishes, so it's up to you to either keep things mild or spice things up at your next event!
