A lot of people enjoy eating and I am one of them. Eating out is not always an option, so when I crave a dish, I have to make it myself. That is precisely how I learned to cook. Living so far from my home, Malaysia, makes me miss the wonderful and incredible Malaysian food. Longing for the food carts and late night restaurants of my homeland drove me to learn these dishes and share them with America. Today, I specialize in hand-pies made from natural, local, and organic ingredients. With hand-pies ranging from meatball to goat cheese, caramelized onion and red peppers, and even gluten free desserts, letting me do the cooking for your next event will make it unforgettable!
