We wanted a bakery that would stand out from the crowd. Then founder Omer Taffet was inspired by his mother-- who is gluten-sensitive. That's when he knew he would open a gluten-free bakery, offering bagels, pretzels, cookies and more with a phenomenal texture and a flavor that won't make you miss wheat!
