About Tays Bbq Catering

On ezCater.com since April 25th, 2017.

We got our start from two families who love great BBQ in Columbia, Mississippi in the 1940s, and now we've served countless Mississippians. We feature truly unique flavor profiles and our BBQ is prepared the old-fashioned way, starting with a secret dry rub and ending with a long, slow smoking process over a hickory fire.
