About The Gumbo Bros Catering

Born in Louisiana, made in Brooklyn; we are NYC's first authentic stop for Louisiana gumbo. Our signature gumbo is derived from a series of family recipes. Everything from the roux to the okra has been carefully selected in order to best represent classic New Orleans flavors. Choose from our traditional dark brown roux Cajun gumbo with chicken and smoked andouille sausage, out tomato-based roux gumbo with shrimp, andouille sausage, and okra, and our vegan interpretation with collared greens, spicy brown roux, and black eyed peas. From the big easy to the big apple, it's gumbo season!
