About The Urban Turban Catering

We offer a fusion of flavors that complement each other, but with a consistent theme – quality, from scratch, and healthy food made with passion. In 2002, former engineer and food aficionado Asad Abbasi joined two Lebanese friends to open a Mediterranean restaurant. Over the years, the influence of his own native cuisine of Punjab, Pakistan began to appear in the food. In 2010, the restaurant reopened as The Urban Turban, offering a unique take on cuisine ranging from traditional Middle Eastern staples like hummus and falafel to South Asian-inspired foods like Tandoori Chicken.
