About Wafels & Dinges Catering

In summer 2007 the King of Belgians, Albert II, got word of soggy “Belgian waffles” in the faraway land of America. Being a good king, his majesty commissioned Special Forces from the Ministry of Culinary Affairs, Department of Wafels. After a knighting, a crowning, and much wafel eating, we set up shop in New York City... The rest is history.
